Cody Crichton
About Me
Cody Crichton is a highly regarded leader in player development. With over a decade of experience as a skating and skills coach, he has worked with players across all levels ranging from U8 youth to professional hockey players.
As a development consultant Cody works in collaboration with players as well as teams to integrate individual skills with team systems and coaching concepts. Skill development and team development belong togeter.
Cody's greatest joy comes from identifying and unlocking player potential, and seeing players as well as teams flourish in reaching new heights. With his wealth of experience and passion for studying and teaching the game, Cody Crichton is dedicated to the in-game success of his clients.
As a player himself, Cody played his minor hockey in the GTHL and OMHA. He later played in the Ontario Junior Hockey League with the Brampton Capitals, which eventually won him a scholarship to Robert Morris University (NCAA D1). Cody's breakout year in Jr A also captured the attention of the Atlanta Thrashers, earning him an invitation to their training camp in 2007, and again in 2008. A leading scorrer in his senior year of NCAA, Cody went on to sign a PTO with the Chicago Wolves in 2013, and further went on to play for the Kalamazoo Wings, Florida Everblades, and Stockton Thunder. In his final years of pro he went on to play international hockey, playing for Ujpesti TE (Erste Liga) and the Unibet Stars (Danish Elite League).
